Every piece is handmade, one at a time. That means returns are limited, but on the odd chance you do need to return an item:
- Change of mind: For ready-made items, get in touch within 7 days and send it back in the same condition. Shipping’s on you.
- Damaged or wrong: If something’s broken or I cocked it up, I’ll fix it, replace it, or refund. Send a photo ASAP.
- Custom orders: Made just for you. Usually no returns, but I’ll always work with you to get it right.
Refunds are processed once the item’s back or the problem’s sorted. Talk to me first if you’re unsure.
