All orders go out via Australia Post.
Ready-Made Stuff
If it’s in stock, I usually ship within 2–5 business days. Once it’s with Australia Post, delivery times are up to them. You’ll get tracking info where it’s available.
Custom Orders / Made-to-Order
Anything custom (different size, colour, finish, or a full one-off) takes extra time. I’ll confirm build times with you before I start. Shipping happens after your piece is finished, so add that on top of the build time.

Australia Post’s estimates are just that - estimates. I pack everything carefully, but once it’s on the truck it’s out of my hands.

International Orders
Yep, I can ship overseas. Costs and times vary depending on the country. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are on you.
Orders shipped from Australia to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when they arrive in the U.S. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and vary depending on the product classification and shipment value.
Hardley Worthitson Hardware ships all orders from Australia. We classify our products as aftermarket motorcycle accessories (HS 8714.10.00). Under current U.S. rules, most shipments will incur a duty charge upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing times and duty amounts are outside our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that any applicable import charges are payable to U.S. Customs or the delivery carrier before your parcel can be released.
