Orders
All orders are subject to availability. I’ll do my best to keep stock up to date, but sometimes items sell out or take longer to make. Custom orders will have lead times confirmed before I start building.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD. Payment is processed securely through Big Cartel’s payment providers as listed at checkout. I’m not responsible for fees or issues outside this platform.
Shipping
See the Shipping Policy. I ship via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only. For custom orders, build time is in addition to shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted for custom orders.
Returns & Refunds
See the Returns & Refunds policy. Custom orders are made for you and usually cannot be returned, but I’ll always work with you to fix issues.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are mine. You can look and buy, but don’t copy or resell anything.
Liability
I make every effort to produce strong, well-made hardware, but you use my products at your own risk. I won’t be liable for damage, misuse, or accidents once the product leaves my hands, except where required by law.
